Description: Surfs Edge is an 'upside down' house with most bedrooms on the ground floor and living accomodation on the first floor, which has a deck with views to to the sea.
Downstairs - Bedroom two is a double with door to own patio area and garden access, Bedroom three is a twin, Bedroom four has bunks (single over double), family bathroom with double jacuzzi tub and separate shower.
Upstairs - Master bedroom, Double with ensuite shower room, Sitting room with 42 inch plasma TV, DVD player, full SKY service, wood burning stove, open plan Kitchen - Dining Room with electric range, Utility room, Study with TV and daybed, WC.
The Annexe - Has it's own front door but is also accessable from the entrance hall in the main house. Downstairs - open plan area with lounge with two sofa-beds, TV, DVD player, Kitchen with electric oven/ hob and dining table. Upstairs - Gallery Double bedroom, bathroom with bath and electic shower over.
Outside – Large Deck with sea views and blue glass screen, table and six chairs, lawned garden split over two levels, paved patio area with BBQ, facilities to wash wet suits. Storage for bikes / surfs boards/ wet suits. Parking for three cars.
Facilities: Electicity and Oil included, oil fired central heating, electric Rangemaster oven, American style fridge/freezer with ice/water, dishwasher, washer/ drier, microwave, 42 inch plasma tv with full sky package, DVD player, wi-fi internet access, CD player, 2nd TV, ironing facilities, all bed linen and towels (except beach towels) provided, outside furniture, barbecue, children welcome. Books, games and DVD's are provided.
Cot, highchair and stair-gate by prior arrangement (subject to availability).
