Annexe
We normally let the House and Annexe together in peak season, but the Annexe is often available as a stand alone unit (sleeps max 3) at other times during the year.
Description: The Annexe has been through a refurbishment this year and a glass balcony has been installed in the gallery bedroom.
Downstairs - Is open plan area with lounge with two sofa-beds, Kitchen with electric oven/ hob and dining table. Upstairs - Gallery Double bedroom, bathroom with bath and electic shower over. Outside – Parking for one car. Storage for bikes / surfs boards/ wet suits.
Facilities: Electicity and Oil included, oil / electric heating, electric oven and hob, fridge, microwave, TV with freeview, DVD player, wi-fi internet access, ironing facilities, Books, games and DVD's provided, bed linen and towels provided (except beach towels), children welcome.
Cot, highchair and stair-gate by prior arrangement (subject to availability).
Note that lettings commence on Friday.
